MANDATE
We believe in a world without tricks, where people don't waste time and money being fooled by false promises. And that's why we want to turn the results produced by marketing systems into a commodity: so that you can buy success, in the quantity you want, like someone who buys 1kg of oranges or apples. An entrepreneur should be more (or less) successful according to his talent and work - not according to the luck of finding a serious marketing agency.



MANDATE
The principle of a world without tricks applies both outside and inside. We pay our employees on time. We collect from our clients on the agreed date. We fulfill contracts, even when they treat us unfairly and stupidly. And we sue those who don't fulfill them.
MANDATE
"I don't know" doesn't exist for us. Doing things we've never done is in our DNA. We live in the age of the internet and ChatGPT. If we don't know, we'll learn. If it takes longer the first few times, bear with us. Working outside your comfort zone is the price you pay for being paid more than your peers.
MANDATE
If the client asks for help, we respond, as quickly as possible and with quality, whatever the circumstance. It doesn't matter if we're on a weekend, on vacation, out of hours, at a funeral, at a distance or if the problem is outside our scope. The customer must feel heard, empowered and proud to pay us. Preventing abuse is the responsibility of our leader, who will exercise it.



MANDATE
Among us, we tolerate geniuses, difficult temperaments or atypical ways of being, as long as the product of someone's work justifies the compromises we make for them. We are a group of geniuses and that obviously has advantages and disadvantages. We accept the disadvantages. We don't want to be a group of mediocre people, perfectly ordered by a military culture. We want to be a group of special people, the size of the world, where everyone is obliged to expand on a daily basis.
MANDATE
We take care of each other: we give health insurance, vacation and meal allowances, birthday presents or surprise bonuses - and we nag each other to do sport and take care of our health. We don't believe that our colleagues' efforts last forever, for free, without being properly recognized and rewarded. If the company grows, the employees are increased - unless we need to make investments to grow even more in the near future.

MANDATE
Nobody discovers opportunities without experimenting. Nobody tries without sometimes making mistakes. We want to seize opportunities before others and so we have to make more mistakes than others. The price to be paid for mistakes that are born, in good faith, from the act of trying to do more and better are always excused - and their consequences are borne by the leader and not by the person who made the mistake. If those consequences involve losing a client, bear with me.
